www.court.gov.il is by far the ugliest...
Yosef Fried volunteered the Chief Scientist Site on my linkedIN page
"Uglier is the Office of the Chief Scientist. Pathetic would be a compliment. Links open up to word docs. Lhttp://www.tamas.gov.il/CmsTamat/Rsrc/MadaanEnglish/MadaanEnglish.html"
Yosef is right! The vanguard of Israel's science, the Chief Scientist's site is pathetic http://www.tamas.gov.il/CmsTamat/Rsrc/MadaanEnglish/MadaanEnglish.html
Add to that: www.incubators.org.il
which is also a gov website.
Definitely shows the tech power of Israel...
This is by far the worst. It isn't even centered!

This
https://www.shaam.gov.il/emdoch/
has been my long time "favorite"
Requires IE 5.5... from the guys with the deepest pockets :-)
I'm voting for Masbirim.
Here's a neat way to tally the votes:

All three actually look to me like they are modified from the same ugly template. So does the incubator one.
I think the Bank website wins the prize.

Looks very much like Amit Bendov's vote. IE5.5, broken images all over, visual-only CAPTCHA (is that even legal? what about visually impared people?)
OFri's Candidate, Misim, even had a lapsed security certificate. I took a screen shot that I cannot figure out how to post into comments here
Why aren't you writing about the protests going on here? This is going to dramatically change this country.
Anonymous - I have written a piece on the protests in Hebrew. It is slated To appear in one of the newspapers next week and then I can post To the blog.
Generically my view is that this is an important moment for the country to regain spirit and vision. I worry that the protest has no focus and hence could dissipate. Bibi deserves credit for the calm security atmosphere which allowed this issue to bubble up. Finally, the middle class problem is not unique to israel. It is happening everywhere for important reasons and if I have TIme I will dedicate a post to it.
Done on iPhone so excuse spelling mistakes
My vote goes for Bank of Israel. Same design since I worked there in '99...
Oooooh, I think that the tax authority takes the cake. Even look at it's URL - this is what came up in search results - they don't even point the IP address to an address with letters! http://147.237.72.111/taxes/
